Employee for appointment coordination of service technicians (f/m/various)

Role Summary

You are responsible for arranging appointments for posted service orders from Buderus heating specialists based on specified framework conditions.

Economical route planning is also part of your tasks.

You hold appointments with end customers and process incoming emails from the client.

Requirements

• Education: Completed vocational training required
• Personality: Customer-oriented, responsible, communicative, team player
• Working style: Careful, structured, independent and service- and solution-oriented
• Experience and know-how: Confident and experienced use of the PC, initial experience in scheduling is desirable
• Day-to-day work: Willingness to work in a regular shift system from Monday to Sunday between 6:30 a.m. and 7 p.m
• Languages: Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German
