Embedded Industrial Systems Project Manager - Industry - Grenoble

Role Summary

We are recruiting an Embedded Industrial Systems Project Manager in Grenoble within the Embedded Industrial Systems & Cybersecure agency, dedicated to the development of critical solutions integrating real-time, operational safety and cybersecurity constraints, through to their operational implementation.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage these activities on behalf of a major client in the energy sector, within a multidisciplinary team of around 10 employees (C/C++, V&V, cybersecurity, automation).

As such, your main missions are as follows

• Ensure operational management of activities and be a partner of the Project Director on a daily basis
• Be the client's preferred contact on financial aspects, monitoring of services, staffing and adequacy of resources
• Manage planning and staffing in order to align available skills with project needs
• Produce and monitor operational and HR reports, with rigorous monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs)
• Actively contribute to pre-sales actions (qualification of needs, drafting of offers, costing, internal coordination)
• Supervise the consultants' journey (onboarding, integration, mission monitoring, offboarding) and provide local support
• Identify and manage sensitive situations in order to guarantee a quality employee experience
• Structuring and making the administrative monitoring of the activity center more reliable (contracts, compliance, reporting)
• Ensure administrative monitoring of consultants (mission orders, authorizations, regulatory compliance, monitoring of time and absences)

Requirements

• With a Bac+5 education, you have at least 6 years of experience including 3 years in project management. You have a good command of administrative monitoring of consultants as well as operational knowledge of pre-sales processes.
• Your proximity to teams, your responsiveness and your ability to manage priorities are essential to succeed in this position.
