Role Summary
- Ecommerce Manager (Shopify, CRO, Meta & Google Ads) – Remote | AEST Hours
- Position Type: Full-Time, Remote

At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring an Ecommerce Manager to own and grow the entire ecommerce engine for a fast-growing brand.
This is not simply a paid media role.
- You’ll take ownership across the complete ecommerce customer journey:
- Shopify store performance

Success will be measured by overall ecommerce growth — including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, retention, ROAS, and profitability — rather than advertising metrics alone.
You’ll work directly with company leadership and collaborate with creative and development resources to identify opportunities, execute improvements, and continuously optimize the customer journey.

Responsibilities
Ecommerce Growth & Store Performance
Own overall ecommerce performance and the end-to-end customer journey
Responsibilities include
- Developing campaign structures and audience strategies
- Building prospecting and retargeting campaigns
- Creating custom and lookalike audiences
- Managing campaign budgets and channel allocation
- Uploading and managing creative assets from the creative team
- Testing campaigns and scaling successful approaches
- Improving ROAS while reducing CPA and CAC

You
