We are looking for a Director, Operations Management to join our Product & Technology Operations team. The Business Operations team is responsible for the management system that allows the Product, Engineering and Design teams to operate as one organization. In this role, you will design, evolve and orchestrate planning processes, operational mechanisms, executive cadences and business analyzes that help leaders make better decisions, align investments and improve business results.

This role is not for someone who just manages existing processes. We are looking for someone who enjoys building better ways of working, guiding organizations through change and continually improving the way Product & Technology operates.

Responsibilities

Shaping the Product & Technology operational system

  • Design and continually improve annual and quarterly planning processes to drive better decisions, clearer priorities and measurable results.
  • Build and evolve executive operational mechanisms (portfolio reviews, business reviews, management cadences) to establish a culture of accountability and accelerate decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize collaboration between the Product, Engineering and Design teams.

Manage planning, analyzes and business performance

  • Team up with Product, Engineering and Design leaders to translate strategy into investment plans, measurable results and clear portfolio visibility.
  • Develop executive dashboards and business analytics that link investments to customer value, execution progress and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to strengthen financial planning, budgeting, workforce planning and investment transparency.

Building strategic partnerships across the company

  • Establish strong operational relationships with Finance, Sales/GTM, Human Resources (People), Legal, Corporate Communications and other cross-functional partners.
  • Create effective alignment mechanisms and feedback loops to improve consistency, transparency and execution across the enterprise.
  • Help the Product & Technology division clearly communicate where investments are made, why they are important and what results are delivered.

Lead the function

  • Build, coach and develop a high-performance business operations team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience in the design or significant evolution of operational models, planning processes or business mechanisms.
  • Experience in leading organizations through operational changes.
  • Experience in establishing executive operational rhythms that stimulate decision-making.
  • Experience bridging strategy, portfolio planning, financial planning and workforce management.
  • Strong executive communication and business vision skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and establish trusted cross-functional partnerships.
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, proficiency in English as a working language is required for this position.
