Role Summary
- Demand Management (Digital & AI)
Responsible for connecting with production, logistics, quality and other business departments, identifying business pain points and completing demand research and analysis.
Convert business demands into implementable digital/AI product requirements, and output requirements documents and priority assessments.
Comprehensive business value, implementation cost and technical feasibility, promote the priority implementation of high-value needs and closed-loop acceptance.
2.Project management
Develop project plans and manage scope, schedule, quality and delivery pace to ensure projects progress according to milestones.
Identify project risks and dependencies, establish an early warning mechanism and promote closed-loop issues to reduce the risk of delays and loss of control.
Organize project reviews, accumulate methodologies and templates, and continuously optimize project management processes and collaboration efficiency.
- Cross-department communication and collaboration
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure consistent understanding of requirements and accurate information transmission.
Regularly report project progress, risks and key data to management and relevant parties to support management decision-making.
Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve resource conflicts and collaboration bottlenecks in the advancement process.
- Scheme design (bonus points)
Participate in digital product solution design, including system connection solutions and AI application solutions.
Output documents such as prototypes, business flow charts, and functional specifications to provide clear guidance for R&D implementation.
Collaborate with architects and technical teams to review plans to ensure technical feasibility, scalability and implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, computer, automation, industrial engineering, information management and other related majors are preferred.
- 5 years or more of relevant experience in manufacturing digitalization, with end-to-end project implementation experience.
- Familiar with project management methods (such as PMP, Agile) and able to independently drive cross-department project delivery.
- Have excellent requirements analysis, structured expression and document output capabilities.
- Have good cross-department communication and resource coordination skills, and be able to promote the implementation of complex problems.
- Have applicable English skills and be able to read English technical documents and communicate on basic tasks.
Preferred
- Have MES, WMS, QMS, ERP and other manufacturing system implementation or product experience.
- Have experience in AI application implementation, such as prediction, quality inspection, knowledge Q&A, process automation, etc.
- Have experience in building a digital platform from 0 to 1 or leading multi-factory promotion.
