Responsibilities

At the crossroads of fashion and retail, you will:

Sell with emotion

-Guarantee the performance of the point of sale by offering a unique experience to our customers while developing your customer portfolio.

• Respect and supervise the merchandising guidelines of the point of sale by being vigilant and attentive to detail
• -Take up sales challenges by knowing and following the KPIs to achieve objectives and implement appropriate commercial and human action plans.
• Team manager with a concern for excellence and commitment

-Recruit the sales team

-Integrate and train new talents in the team

• -Lead and promote the knowledge of existing sales teams to help all employees grow
• Rigorous and efficient point of sale manager
• -Manage the opening and closing of the point of sale
• -Work in collaboration with stock teams on stock and procurement activities as well as shrinkage prevention

-Ensure and guarantee the proper management of cash operations

-Apply internal procedures in terms of administrative management and organization of the point of sale.
