Role Summary

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL BE YOUR NEXT JOB

• Together with the store manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the routines of the store so that the store is ready for customers and great sales results are generated
• Your main task will be to ensure weekly campaigns, sales attitude and create a positive, energetic, good atmosphere where your team feels good.
• In accordance with our JYSK Leadership Values, you support the store manager by communicating, leading and developing the team in the store.
• You train your employees to put the customer first, define customer needs and excel in sales
• You don't shy away from physical work and set an example by selling in the store and performing routine tasks
• In the future, you envision yourself as the business manager of your own business and show commitment to achieve this.

• To fill the position, it is important that you have at least 1 year of experience as a group leader.
