WHAT WILL BE YOUR NEXT JOB
Our varied program consists of high-quality training in the field of leadership, management tools and business operations, and combines practical experience gained in our stores with theoretical knowledge. You will work and learn in close collaboration with other interns and great mentors.
Five modules in one week duration: theoretical overview, cases and role-plays, group work, team building and training comprehensively. Location of the training: Ecser
Between the modules, you will be trained at the workplace with the designated business manager mentor, and you will receive coaching and guidance.
The fifth module ends with a business management exam.
The ultimate goal of the business management internship program is to prepare you to run your own business in the near future.
To fill the position, it is important that you have at least 1 year of experience as a group leader.

Our selection process
