Role Summary

Within our Service Center, you join a dynamic agency with nearly 170 employees. You evolve within a team where work rhymes with good humor.

In a high availability production environment, you are a key link in the successful completion of missions within the team, for a Vertical Défense client.

Your role and missions

As a Delivery Manager, you are the focal point for all stakeholders around the customer contract and for all activities delivered to the customer. You are also responsible for the quality of the Delivery and you must guarantee the contractual commitments and delivery costs.

1. Customer relations

You act as the client's preferred contact and organize steering committees to monitor the run, projects, and risks;

You guarantee customer satisfaction by meeting their needs and anticipating their expectations.

1. Operational and financial management

You ensure the profitability of contracts by respecting budgets and performance indicators;

You produce reliable reports for management and customers.

1. Team management

You supervise operational teams and guarantee their skills development;

You must promote operational excellence and a culture of innovation.

1. Quality and contractual commitments

You guarantee compliance with SLAs and service commitments;

You propose improvements to optimize the quality and performance of services.

1. Business development

You identify growth opportunities and propose suitable solutions;

You collaborate with sales teams to realize these opportunities.

Requirements

Graduate with a Bac+5 and from an engineering school or equivalent training, you already have significant experience of at least 6 years in a similar position.

You are autonomous, rigorous and pragmatic. You also have a good sense of service and customer relations.
