Your role as Datacenter Network Engineer at Quality
Are you an experienced Data Center/Network Engineer who gets energy from complex network environments and wants to make an impact in various organizations? Then Quality is looking for you.

How will you help our clients to optimize their data center and network performance?
As a Data Center/Network Engineer you work on designing, realizing and managing modern data center infrastructures. You help organizations build scalable, reliable and secure network environments in which business-critical applications can run optimally.
You are involved in both the implementation and further development of data center and network environments. Depending on your seniority, your focus is on technical implementation or on design, standardization and advice.

- In your role you make a direct contribution to the success of our clients. You are involved in, among other things:
- Deploy and manage data center infrastructure
- Designing and implementing modern data center networks (e.g. VXLAN/EVPN fabrics)
- Working with technologies such as SD-WAN, Multicast, Cisco ACI, EVPN, VXLAN and MPLS
- Building and implementing VXLAN-based data center designs
- Drawing up High Level Designs (HLD) and Low Level Designs (LLD)
- Maintain and optimize network infrastructures in production environments
- Analyzing and solving complex network failures and performance issues
- Automate network configurations and deployments
- Collaborate with DevOps, cloud and infrastructure teams
- Implementing security best practices within network environments
- Supervising data center transitions and modernization processes
You record technical choices in documentation and contribute to the standardization of network and data center environments.
What we offer you
You will receive a permanent contract for at least 36 hours per week. Because we trust your expertise as a Data Center / Network Engineer, we offer you the following additional employment conditions for full-time employment:
A good salary, tailored to your knowledge and experience, between €4,000 and €6,000.
Secondary employment condition such as a non-contributory pension scheme. This will leave you with more net money!
25 days of vacation, with the option to purchase additional ones.
Sufficient training and study opportunities with an annual study budget of €3500 and 5 study days.

Requirements
You are a driven Network/Data Center Engineer who loves challenges and responsibility. You know how to solve complex network issues and are ready for the next step. You also have:
- Demonstrable experience with data center networking in enterprise environments.
- At least certified in CCNP supplemented with or ambition towards certifications such as JNCIP-ENT, JNCIP-DC and experience with Arista.
- Experience with technologies such as VXLAN, EVPN, MPLS, SD-WAN and Multicast.
- Experience with platforms such as Cisco ACI, Juniper and/or Arista.
- Experience in designing and implementing VXLAN data center architectures.
- Experience with drawing up HLDs and LLDs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with network optimization.
- Experience with automation (e.g. Python, Ansible or similar) is an advantage.
- You like to work Agile and are familiar with Scrum, Kanban and DevOps methodologies.
- You are analytically strong and able to understand complex issues.
- You work independently, are proactive and continuously focused on improvement.
