Role Summary
The Data Scientist exists to enable product, business and operational decisions through the design, development and integration of end-to-end analytical and machine learning solutions.
Its mission is the development of Data Science solutions that optimize the passenger experience and the operational efficiency of the onboard service, transforming data into high-impact business decisions.
More than solving a problem, it must generate Machine Learning models and experiments that allow measuring the impact of new initiatives on key indicators such as NPS, costs, food waste and availability of products on board.
Responsibilities
- Develop Data Science solutions that optimize the passenger experience and the operational efficiency of the onboard service, transforming data into high-impact business decisions
- Build Machine Learning models and experiments that allow measuring the impact of new initiatives on key indicators such as NPS, costs, food waste and availability of products on board.
- Implement Generative AI solutions for cabin crew, facilitating real-time access to procedures, operational information and support during the operation, increasing productivity and reducing response times.
