We are looking for Cybersecurity experts who are passionate about cybersecurity, with practical experience and a vocation to guide beginners as they build a solid foundation in this key field. This role requires solid technical knowledge in cybersecurity, clear communication skills and empathy to support and inspire students who are taking their first steps in this area.

Responsibilities

As a Project Expert, you will lead a cohort of students through our Cybersecurity program, sharing your experience and inspiring them with your industry knowledge. You will support students by answering their questions and providing practical guidance in the following ways:

• Teaching biweekly webinars focused on projects, guiding students in the practical application of cybersecurity concepts and in real scenarios.
• Reviewing student projects and providing detailed, constructive feedback within 24 hours of submission (this requires partial and flexible weekend availability).
• Conducting 1: 1 on-demand, project-focused mentoring sessions to help students overcome technical difficulties and stay motivated throughout the program.
• Answering project-related questions on Discord, helping students solve problems and deepen their understanding of cybersecurity practices.
• Acting as the reference expert and mentor, accompanying students as they develop their projects and strengthen their cybersecurity skills.

Requirements

We require at least 3 years of practical experience in cybersecurity, with knowledge in the following areas:

• Network & Architecture: understanding flat vs. flat networks segmented, DMZ and strategies to reduce the attack surface and blast radius.
• Authentication & Access Abuse: awareness of risks related to privileged access, use of RDP and suspicious data exports.
• Incident Analysis: Ability to investigate events such as failed login attempts, password resets, and suspicious account activity using frameworks such as MITER ATT&CK.
• Log Analysis: experience analyzing systems and security logs to detect anomalies or suspicious behavior.
• Python Scripting: ability to write scripts that process logs, count events, and extract useful information.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to beginners.
• Patience and empathy when supporting students who are starting out in cybersecurity.
• English level B1.
