Customer service technician Nuremberg area (f/m/div.)

Role Summary

You are an important part of our service team and, after comprehensive theoretical and practical training, you independently carry out commissioning, maintenance and repair work on Bosch Thermotechnology products.

Your exciting tasks include, among other things, the use of heat pumps, split air conditioning units, gas and oil heating systems as well as control devices within existing systems in multi-brand customer service (Buderus and Bosch Junkers).

Whether measuring, testing or optimizing thermal technology products or handling complaints: you act as a competent contact person for our customers and impress with your analytical and technical skills.

You start your assignments from your place of residence. In return, you will receive a fully equipped service vehicle, for which you are responsible for the tools and spare parts, as well as modern IT equipment.

Requirements

• Training: commercial training in the areas of mechatronics, electrics, refrigeration technology, heating engineering or related
• Experience and know-how: Professional experience in customer service; good PC skills; Expertise in heating technology, control technology as well as in the area of renewable energies and system hydraulics is desirable
• Personality and way of working: You are characterized by a pronounced customer orientation, impress with your strong communication skills and bring real team spirit
