Role Summary

To strengthen our European Customer Service team, we are currently looking for an ambitious and customer-oriented personality at the Schwelm location as Customer Service Representative BeNeLux for our Label Packaging Materials. In this role, you act as a central link to our business customers and independently manage the entire operational support within a dynamic, international environment. The position is permanent and offers flexible working time models including a temporary hybrid option (home office).

Responsibilities

  • As the main contact person for all matters relating to our label solutions, you will independently support our international B2B customer base, from order processing to pricing and delivery date coordination.
  • You will work actively and across departments with our field sales teams, logistics and production to ensure smooth, first-class customer service.
  • They provide in-depth advice on technical solutions, coordinate sample shipping and support operational capacity planning.
  • You continuously monitor relevant market developments within the Benelux region in order to further develop your assigned customer base in a targeted and success-oriented manner.
  • You proactively participate in the design and continuous optimization of internal service processes in order to actively contribute to the long-term success of the company.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training, a relevant degree or a comparable qualification that ideally prepares you for this role.
  • Profound professional experience in B2B sales or customer service, ideally in the area of products that require explanation within an international environment.
  • Fluent and business fluent language skills in both Dutch and English.
