Customer Account Manager - International M/F CDI

Role Summary

As part of a permanent contract, we are looking for a:

International customer account manager – M/F

As an International Account Manager, you will manage the entire customer relationship for dedicated accounts, in order to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Your missions will be as follows

• Respond to customer requests,
• Ensure the monitoring of customer accounts and their updates,
• Ensure the creation of customer accounts and the onboarding of new customers,
• Check and/or validate invoices from our international partners,
• Participate in the implementation of services and the resolution of logistical incidents,
• Ensure the management of orders for consumables from customer laboratories and salespeople,
• Manage subcontracting contracts with new clients,
• Contribute and participate in contract reviews in support of Sales Engineers

Respond to calls for tenders.

Requirements

• Holder of a Bac +2/Bac+3 (International Commerce, LEA, etc.) or equivalent experience within a support service (customer service, sales administration, after-sales service), you have acquired a sense of Customer Relations.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential.
• You demonstrate interpersonal skills over the telephone and have good writing skills.
• Rigorous and organized, you have a sense of service and initiative, and have good adaptation skills.
• Independent, you nevertheless have a strong team spirit.
