• Manage the process portfolio, consisting of controlling deadlines, monitoring processes in the different phases;
• Prepare legal documents: objections, appeals, intermediate statements;
• Analyze court decisions and prepare appeal opinions;
• Update the system with information relevant to the process;
• Observe different strategies for the management and good development of portfolio demands;

Training

Complete higher education in Law with active OAB

Requirements

• Experience in civil litigation;
• Knowledge of law and civil procedure;
• Intermediate level experience in Office Package;

Experience with a large volume of information.
