Consultant PMO - Quality

Role Summary

The PMO consultant intervenes to support a local project team, he will be responsible for:

• Manage compliance with project expectations: Verify that deliverables and milestones respect the functional, technical and business requirements defined upstream;
• Lead the monitoring of acceptance criteria and associated action plans;
• Deploy a continuous improvement approach: Apply PDCA and Kaizen methods to optimize project processes and reduce non-quality;
• Monitor quality performance indicators: Manage project KPIs (e.g. rate of deliverables accepted on the first try);
• Facilitate milestone reviews: Prepare and lead quality points upstream of the steering committees, with clear summaries of quality risks and corrective actions;
• Capitalize on feedback: Identify good practices and areas for improvement for future projects, via structured FEEDBACK;

Requirements

Engineering school or M2 engineering

Professional experience ranging from leaving school to 6 years.

• Experience in the automotive/aeronautical/railway sector
• Ability to work at least 3 days/week on client site
• Mastery of quality fundamentals: expected at project milestones, V&V, PMQ, PDCA, Kaizen, Six Sigma;
• Very good command of office tools including Excel/PPT
• Knowledge and experience in automotive/aero/rail industrial environments
• Developed consultant spirit: autonomous, flexible, proactive, customer/results oriented, “fast learner”
• Very good communicator
• French C1 minimum
