AI Project Coordinator / PMO

Role Summary

The main mission of the PMO / AI Project Coordinator will be: Portfolio Management & Valorization of AI Initiatives, Support the coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the value of project initiatives through ALTEN support functions, by ensuring the management of the portfolio of AI requests, the preparation of business cases and the monitoring of post-deployment ROI.

Mission details

Manage and monitor the AI demand pipeline.

Support the qualification of use cases, the preparation of business cases and their prioritization.

Assess the potential business value and ROI of AI initiatives.

Monitor the actual ROI, the achievement of KPIs and the adoption of solutions after deployment.

Maintain portfolio reporting, roadmaps and dashboards.

Coordinate stakeholders and ensure follow-up of action plans.

Collaborate closely with DSIG teams to assess impacts, dependencies, resource requirements and implementation feasibility.

Cover the scope of Corporate support functions: Finance, HR, Purchasing, DDPS, BM, etc.

Requirements

• Bac+5 training in engineering.
• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• PMO / Project management: portfolio management, roadmap monitoring, request pipeline management, multi-stakeholder coordination
• Analysis & Reporting: Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, dashboards, KPI, ROI, business case
• AI & Digital Transformation: sensitivity to AI issues, understanding of business AI use cases, measurement of business value
• Transversal: communication, stakeholder management, ability to work in a cross-functional environment (Business, Transformation, DSIG)
