Consultant PMO - Planning

Role Summary

• The PMO consultant intervenes to support a local project team, he will be responsible for:
• Create and manage the planning of tasks and milestones on projects;
• Monitor and control the smooth running of the project;
• Analyze the results and propose action plans according to the gaps between forecasts and achievements;
• Monitor the Risks & Opportunities linked to the project and deduce the potential project impacts;
• Lead project reporting by managing the various indicators and KPI's;

Create presentation and management materials to facilitate project or program progress meetings.

Requirements

Engineering school or M2 engineering

Professional experience ranging from leaving school to 6 years.

• Experience in the automotive/aeronautical/railway sector
• Ability to work at least 3 days/week on client site
• Mastery of planning fundamentals: WBS, critical path, free/total margin, dynamic planning
• Mastery of planning tools: MS Project, Planisware, Primavera
• Very good command of office tools including Excel/PPT
• Knowledge and experience in automotive/aero/rail industrial environments
• Developed consultant spirit: autonomous, flexible, proactive, customer/results oriented, “fast learner”
• Very good communicator
• Rigor & flexibility
• French C1 minimum
• English B2 minimum
