Role Summary

  • As the right hand of the Industrial Director, you will have to carry out the following tasks:
  • Conduct economic and profitability studies on analytical solutions (quote request for any type of analysis, equipment, reagent),
  • Propose and implement ways of developing analytical processes,
  • Lead working groups with representatives for each laboratory at the national level,

Ensure regulatory and technological monitoring.

Occasional trips (approximately one per month) are to be expected within the national scope.

Requirements

  • Scientific training Bac+5 (Master 2 or engineering school), ideally in microbiology, biology, biochemistry or related field.
  • At least 5 years of significant experience in a laboratory or in vitro diagnostic environment, with mastery of analytical techniques in immunology, microbiology, biochemistry and/or hematology.
  • Proven experience in project management, with stakeholder management and coordination of cross-functional actions.
  • Good knowledge of the organization and challenges of a medical analysis laboratory.
  • Proven experience in managing calls for tenders, negotiating with suppliers and monitoring framework agreements.
  • Ability to manage a budget, identify optimization levers and contribute to the economic performance of projects.
  • Strong business orientation, sense of negotiation and ability to influence various stakeholders.
  • Proactivity, initiative and excellent internal and external communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is an asset.
