Role Summary
Responsible for providing support to the commercial area by monitoring business opportunities, preparing proposals, updating corporate material, preparing executive presentations and supporting marketing and business development activities. High organizational skills, excellent writing, advanced command of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office are required, as well as the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. Ideally with experience in engineering, consulting or B2B services companies.
Main activities of the position
- Commercial Support
Support in the identification and monitoring of business opportunities.
Keep the database of clients, projects and strategic contacts updated.
Follow up on bidding processes and commercial proposals.
Coordinate the collection of technical and administrative information for offers.
Prepare cover letters, corporate credentials and commercial documentation.
Support in the preparation of contracts, service orders and contractual documentation.
Manage the digital file of proposals, references and executed projects.
Prepare reports on commercial activities, pipeline of opportunities and customer monitoring.
Coordinate business meetings and follow up on commitments.
- Marketing and Business Development
Update AFRY corporate material (brochures, project sheets, corporate profiles).
Prepare success stories, project sheets and promotional material.
Monitor events, conferences and networking opportunities relevant to the energy, infrastructure and industry sectors.
Keep AFRY's reference base and emblematic projects updated.
Support in the organization of webinars, events and presentations for clients.
- Preparation of Corporate Presentations
Design and update corporate presentations for clients and tenders.
Coordinate with technical teams the collection of images, graphics and project data.
Ensure compliance with AFRY's visual identity and brand guidelines.
