Role Summary

CMDB ServiceNow Developer - Remote

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB professional to lead the management, maintenance and governance of the IT Configuration Management Database. Your mission will be to ensure the quality, integrity and availability of critical data supporting IT processes through discovery, integration, auditing and continuous improvement. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with data owners and technical teams to ensure that the CMDB effectively supports operations and service management processes.

Responsibilities

Perform CI discovery and mapping in ServiceNow.
Integrate and audit data to ensure accuracy and compliance with metrics.
Develop, document and implement CI data governance processes and procedures.
Create and monitor CMDB status reports and dashboards.
Conduct data quality audits and resolve inconsistencies.
Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades and implementations.
Identify and address data gaps, attributes, and CI relationship issues.
Validate CMDB functionality in new versions and platform improvements.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, with a focus on CMDB management.
CMDB scripting experience required.
Expert knowledge of discovery, data integration and auditing within ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and how they support the CMDB.
Advanced level of English C1 – C2 is required.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
Ability to define, document and implement data quality and governance processes.
Advanced English skills for technical communication and documentation.
