Role Summary

• The construction, operation and further development of modern cloud infrastructures is part of your area of responsibility
• You ensure stable, secure and high-performance operation of systems and platforms
• You will also support the design of highly available and fail-safe architectures
• You continuously improve existing cloud environments in terms of reliability, security and costs
• You will work on the introduction and operation of platform-based cloud services
• The analysis of performance and capacity as well as the derivation of suitable optimization measures are your responsibility
• Automating recurring tasks and infrastructure processes are part of your role
• You work very closely with our development teams, architects and customers

Consulting means flexibility: your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• You have completed a degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, economics or comparable professional training
• You have several years of professional experience in the operation or further development of cloud or IT infrastructures
• You have a basic understanding of cloud concepts (e.g. compute, storage, networks, platform services)
• In addition, you have experience in dealing with Linux-based systems and container or virtualization-related environments

You show interest in automation, e.g. B. using scripts or infrastructure-as-code approaches

• You have already gained experience with monitoring and logging concepts and have a feel for stable systems
• You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented way of working and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies
• Very good knowledge of German and English (from C1 level) rounds off your profile
