Role Summary
Within the Ulis laboratory, specialized in Hydrology, as Customer Project Coordinator, you ensure the technical interface between the laboratory and customers.
- Single point of contact for your customer portfolio within the laboratory, your missions are:
- Technical advice to clients on the choice of analyzes and methods,
- Daily monitoring of analyses: from receipt of samples to results reports, you are at the customer's disposal
- A contribution to sales development through customer satisfaction
- Management of technical complaints following validated reports
- Taking over on more operational missions depending on the vagaries of the activity
Requirements
- With initial scientific training (Bac+5) in microbiology or chemistry, you benefit from initial experience in the field of analyzes and ideally in relation with customers. You are recognized for your technical expertise (particularly in water analyses) and have a proven taste for customer contact.
- Autonomous, you are an excellent communicator and know how to prioritize to get to the essentials. Your analytical approach is one of your strengths, as is your ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary team. You like taking on ambitious challenges.
