Civil Construction and Works of Art Tax | Santarém

Role Summary

As part of strengthening our team, we are recruiting 3 Civil Construction and Art Works Inspectors, to join a project in the Santarém area, on a day and/or night basis.

Registration and monitoring of the contractor's activities, including

• allocation of labor;
• use of equipment;
• applied materials;
• Support to the Supervisory Director in terms of planning and cost control, particularly in measurements;

Participation in meetings with different interested parties.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of field activities and work carried out by the contractor;
• Continuous monitoring of the execution of work on site;
• Organization and permanent monitoring of work, provisional and definitive;
• Control of the implementation of the work and verification of technical aspects along the different work fronts;

Requirements

Training and experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in:
• railway works
• works of art

Technical skills

• Solid knowledge of technical standards and regulations in the construction sector;
• Ability to read and interpret projects;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (namely Excel).

Behavioral skills

• Good communication skills;
• Problem-solving ability;
• Sense of responsibility and rigor;
