Chemist – Environmental analysis project coordinator (Polluted Sites & Soils / Water) at SGS in Gennevilliers, IDF, France.
Responsibilities
- Within our technical and customer support team, you are a key player in customer relations and the smooth running of analytical projects.
- Your objective: to provide a reliable, fluid and high value-added service to our customers, while working closely with our laboratories in France and Europe.
- Being the preferred contact for our customers and ensuring a lasting relationship of trust
- Make the link between customers and environmental analysis laboratories
- Identify and frame the technical and organizational issues of projects
- Manage projects on a daily basis: planning, monitoring, management of anomalies
- Respond to customer requests (analytical results, invoicing, etc.)
- Actively contribute to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Ensure technical monitoring and participate in the deployment of innovative solutions (emerging pollutants, new methods, etc.)

Requirements
- Bac+5 training in chemistry
- First experience in customer relations, ideally in an environmental laboratory or SSP design office
- Responsiveness and sense of service
- Organization, autonomy and ability to manage several subjects in parallel
- Comfort in handling sensitive situations
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
