Role Summary

Lassie is a growing Pet Tech with a mission to transform the animal health field. 🐱🐶💙

As a 100% digital pet insurance company, we offer insurance coverage to dog and cat parents in case of emergency, but also for prevention.

Our goal is also to reduce illness and injury in pets, promote knowledge of good care practices, and ensure prevention of dog and cat health. Thus, we are the world's first preventative pet insurance.

Responsibilities

Communicate with our customers and respond to their wishes and questions (by chat, e-mail and telephone), from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.

• Providing support to our customers for their pets regarding our insurance products and registration
• Continuous optimization of the customer experience based on customer feedback in collaboration with other Lassie departments
• Participation in exciting projects linked to customer satisfaction ✨

Requirements

Your skills

• You have already acquired initial experience in customer service, in a veterinary practice/clinic or in a role in direct contact with customers
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• You are characterized by a structured and detailed way of working
• You can multitask - both to advise our clients and to support internal projects
• You are curious and always motivated to learn new things
• You are flexible, practical and motivated to work in a dynamic environment
• You like teamwork and appreciate regular exchanges with your colleagues (French, Swedish and German)
• You have fluent skills in spoken and written French as well as basic English in order to exchange ideas with the international team 🌈
