We are currently seeking Customer Resolutions Specialists to join their Government team, where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Up to $26.70 per hour + Bonuses + Super Monday to Friday 7:00am

10:00pm (Rotating roster) Permanent Full-time Opportunity Hybrid/WFH options Paid 5 weeks training Springfield QLD 4300

About the role: First point of contact for a diverse range of customers, including the general public and business representatives Handle various inquiries, from general information and account updates to service-related matters Start with entry-level calls and progress to more complex tasks with experience About you: Outstanding Customer Service Skills
