Business Analyst Salesforce - Senior

Role Summary

We are looking for Senior Salesforce Business Analysts to join our team. This role includes:

Lead functional analysis in Salesforce/Vlocity projects.

Define the functional architecture for projects in the insurance sector.

Mentoring and supervision of junior and middle Business Analysts.

Interlocution with Senior Level Stakeholders.

Design the migration and cutover strategy.

Apply Design Thinking techniques to define solutions.

Contribute to the preparation of RFP/SOW.

Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders in different departments and technology providers when required by the project.

+5 years of experience in the insurance sector.

3 or more end-to-end implementations of Salesforce FSC/Vlocity.

Experience leading teams of Business Analysts.

Knowledge of ACORD models.

Experience in Core projects in LATAM.

Advanced Salesforce FSC and Vlocity (CPQ/Claims).

Knowledge of ACORD Standards and Change Management.

Integration architecture and Process Mining.

Language knowledge will be valued.
