Role Summary

• Your task

As a branch manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the entire branch and, together with your team, you control all areas of sales and the workshop.

• Management and development of the branch team
• Responsibility for sales, results and goal achievement
• Control of the entire branch operations in day-to-day business
• Planning of personnel and resource deployment
• Ensuring customer service, quality and smooth processes
• 5-day week (Mon-Sat) with early and late shifts in a two-shift system

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership role (e.g. branch manager, store manager, store manager, team leader)
• First or several years of management experience
• Enjoy teamwork and developing employees
• Instructor suitability (AEVO) is an advantage
• Responsible and good at numbers
• Organizational talent and structured way of working
• Customer-oriented and strong in communication
