Role Summary

Your hospitality skills will guarantee an exceptional experience for our guests throughout their stay. In addition to taking care of the bar and the One Lounge, your missions will also include:

• Deliver fast and smooth service at the table
• Participation in planning bar service in coordination with the manager to establish standards and schedules
• Orientation of guests and active promotion of Motel One hotel services to achieve sales objectives
• Participation in the management of food, drink and alcohol orders for the bar as well as in carrying out inventory at the end of the month
• The acquisition of an interdepartmental vision on new sectors of activity thanks to collaboration within our multicultural teams

Requirements

Whether you have solid experience in the hospitality industry or are considering a career change, we welcome you to our team! Personality and the art of hospitality are indeed at the heart of our concerns. Requirements:

• Hold a diploma in hospitality and/or have professional experience in the hotel and catering industry or consider a career change
• Be open-minded, have good communication skills
• Demonstrate hospitality skills and nurture a passion for the hospitality sector
• Demonstrate autonomy, flexibility and creativity while maintaining a high level of quality, even in stressful situations
• Cultivate a team spirit and lend a hand to different departments when needed, because this is how we achieve our goals
