Automotive After-Sales Technician (M/F/D) at AUTO1 Group in Lisbon, Carnaxide, Portugal.
Responsibilities
- What are you going to do?
- You will be in a key department of the company, which will allow you to have a global vision and work in collaboration with different departments (sales, logistics, documentation), as well as official bodies and those in other countries.
- As an operations manager, you will work independently and proactively on operational processes to ensure good management and quality of procedures.
- Resolve and follow up on incidents and complaints, promoting a unique, positive commercial experience and the ultimate satisfaction of our customers.
- Develop solutions while maintaining an objective position.
- Establish and maintain contact with external service providers (workshops, experts, entities).
Requirements
- 12th year or equivalent with training in automotive mechanics or recent degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanics or equivalent.
- Passion for the automotive sector
- Knowledge of automobile mechanics.
- Autonomous, proactive and solution-focused profile.
- [Valued] 1 year of experience as a car mechanic, car parts estimator or similar.
- [Valued] Knowledge of English.
