Author of the Project Management Advanced course

Role Summary

We are looking for the author of the "Project Management Advanced" course - a person who knows how to move PM from task coordination to system management of delivery, risks, expectations, changes, team dynamics and own professional growth.

At Projector Institute, we create courses that help specialists make a qualitative leap in their profession. We work with industry practitioners and build training around real-world experience, not theory.

For this course, we are looking for a specialist who has already passed the path to middle / senior PM or delivery level and can help junior PMs understand what exactly they lack for the next step. We need a person who knows how to explain the difference between "task management" and "project management", to teach how to work with risks, stakeholder pressure, scope changes, delivery metrics, crisis situations and own impact.

you are a middle+ / senior Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager or Delivery Lead with real experience in managing IT projects, clients, teams, risks and delivery processes

• you understand well how junior PM differs from middle PM not only in CV, but in behavior
• you have experience in risk management
• you confidently work with stakeholder management
• you know how to build delivery predictability
• you work with metrics and reporting
• you have practical experience in scope, change and process management

you can teach through practice: crisis simulations, role negotiations, delivery review, process audit, mock interviews, analysis of PM cases, feedback on CV / LinkedIn / case presentation

• It's just great and it will be an advantage if you also:
• you have experience in mentoring junior PMs, project coordinators or delivery coordinators
• worked in an IT outsourcing / outstaffing or service company with international clients
• you have experience in product teams
• conducted performance reviews, hiring interviews or career calibration for PMs
• you can bring to the course real delivery scenarios, crisis scenarios and examples of complex stakeholder conversations
• able to work with Jira Advanced, Confluence, RAID logs, delivery dashboards, Google Sheets, Looker Studio or other reporting tools
• you have experience in facilitating complex team discussions, conflicts, retro, planning and alignment sessions
• understand how AI can help PM in reporting, risk analysis, preparing statuses or working with documentation — without hype for hype's sake
• Therefore, in short, in general, there will be 2 main tasks:

Write course programs together with the Projector Institute team: form the structure of modules, lesson logic, practical tasks, simulations, templates, a final project and a learning path that will help students move from junior coordination to middle-level ownership.

Conduct a course: conduct classes, explain complex PM topics in simple words, analyze cases, give feedback to students, conduct simulations of complex situations and help them develop systematicity, confidence and readiness for the middle PM role.
