Author of the Designing Ai Experience course

Role Summary

We are looking for the author of the course "Designer of AI Experience" - a person who knows how to design AI-native products not as a set of features or chat interfaces, but as integral interaction systems.

At Projector Institute, we create courses that help specialists make a qualitative leap in their profession. We work with industry practitioners and build training around real-world experience, not theory.

For this course, we are looking for a specialist who already works with AI-driven or AI-native products and understands how AI changes the very logic of UX. We need a person who can explain why AI is not just a feature, how to work with probabilistic systems, how to build trust and explainability, how to design agentic flows, adaptive interfaces, AI states, fallback scenarios and production-ready AI experiences.

(2-3 months are provided for creating the course)

Who do we see in front of us when we imagine the ideal author of the course "Designer of AI Experience"

you are a senior / lead / staff product designer, AI product designer, product design lead or product manager who has already worked with AI functions or AI-native products in a real team

• you understand that AI UX is not "adding chat to a product"
• you have practical experience in designing AI interaction patterns
• you know how to talk about trust, transparency and explainability through specific UX solutions
• you worked with AI agents or autonomous / semi-autonomous workflows
• you know how to combine UX and product thinking
• you understand the production reality of AI products

you can teach a middle / senior audience: give frameworks, practical discussions, feedback on interaction systems and help students think at the product level.

• It's just great and it will be an advantage if you also:
• you have experience in launching an AI-native product or AI-function from discovery to production
• worked in SaaS, productivity, developer tools, automation, knowledge management, research tools, data-heavy or B2B products
• you have experience with agentic UX, copilots, AI assistants, autonomous workflows or generative / adaptive interfaces
• you can bring your own cases to the course: not only successful ones, but also those where AI UX broke down, lost user trust or needed rethinking
• able to work with Figma / prototypes / flow diagrams so that students can not only discuss AI UX, but also create interaction systems with their hands
• you have experience in mentoring, teaching, public speaking, workshops or reviews of the works of designers or PMs
• interested in future interaction paradigms: generative UI, adaptive interfaces, invisible interfaces, semantic UI, context-aware systems
• Therefore, in short, in general, there will be 2 main tasks:

Write the course program together with the Projector Institute team: form the structure of the modules, the logic of classes, practical tasks, homework, the final project and the learning path that will help students move from intuitive AI-feature design to systemic AI-native product thinking.

Conduct a course: conduct classes, explain complex topics in simple words, analyze cases, give feedback to students, help them design AI states, agentic flows, trust layers, adaptive interfaces, discovery solutions and final projects.
