• ◆Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business/ Data Analytics
• ◆8+ years in Controlling / Finance analytics/ Consulting
• ◆Experience in using GAI/ Copilot, RPA, automation tools in finance
• ◆Experience in Finance transformation, Process Optimization and Project Management
• ◆Experience working with ERP (SAP / Oracle)
• ◆Strong Excel/ Power BI / Data visualization
• ◆Good English writing and verbal capability/ TOEIC 750+
• ◆Able to coordinate and motivate self and demonstrate an ability to transform and upgrade team

• Primary responsibilities, include but not limited to
• 【Finance Operation】
• ◆Lead accounting and process team (20+ team members)
• ◆The accuracy and timely of the close reporting and financial analysis in accordance with policies
• ◆Ensure internal controls and compliance are in place
• 【AI & Process Automation】
• ◆Identify opportunities to automate finance processes (e.g. expense review/payment, collection/invoice processing, reporting)
• ◆Greater leverage of AI / workflow/ RPA tools (e.g. Copilot, Power Automate, BI tools) to enhance productivity
• ◆Act as bridge between Finance and IT/digital teams
• 【Finance Transformation】
• ◆Drive process standardization and optimization
• ◆Participate in finance digitalization roadmap
• ◆Reduce manual workload
• Lead or support Projects, including but not limited to:

finance system implementation, new business model execution, legal structure change, business spin-off, integration post-acquisition etc.
