Assistant Client Project Coordinator

Role Summary

The Eurofins Hydrologie Normandie laboratory, located in Petit-Couronne and specialized in water analyses, is looking for an Assistant Customer Project Coordinator to strengthen its team dedicated to Customer Service. Your main missions will be:

• Maintaining the customer database up to date and entering sampling plans
• Archiving and recording in our system of various documents relating to Customer Service
• Entering customer orders
• Creation of customer files
• Configure customer accounts electronically
• Management of the telephone switchboard — Reception and orientation of incoming calls
• Management of sampling requests — Support and monitoring of customer requests relating to sampling interventions
• Preparation and ordering of the bottles

Requirements

Both rigorous and organized, you are perfectly comfortable with IT tools and have acquired initial experience in administration.
