Assistant Client Project Coordinator

Role Summary

As an Assistant Customer Project Coordinator, you support the team in charge of the technical interface between the laboratory and our customers.

Responsibilities

Your main missions within the team are

• Technical advice to clients on the choice of analyzes and methods;
• Participate in the daily monitoring of analyses: monitor the progress of ongoing analyses, deadlines, establish analysis results reports, plan and monitor urgent files;
• Participate in the management of technical complaints following validated reports;
• Provide assistance to the reception-coding department depending on volumes.

Requirements

• With initial scientific training in the field of chemistry or micriobiology, Bac+2 to Bac+3 type BTS/ DUT/ BUT/ license, you benefit from a first successful experience (internship or work-study program included) in the field of analyzes and ideally in relation with customers.
• Autonomous, you are an excellent communicator and you have a taste for detail.
