Role Summary
Take ownership and evolve the architectural vision
Take charge of the current architectural philosophy to evolve it in an iterative and pragmatic manner. You will capitalize on our existing foundations to lead progressive modernization, without trying to reinvent everything.
Managing complexity in the long term
Structuring, governing and ensuring the sustainability of our technological ecosystem, by skilfully managing the coexistence between our historical systems and new solutions.
Arbitrate structuring technological decisions
Deciding critical choices related to architecture, integration, security, data, AI, cloud, scalability and acquisition strategies (make vs buy).
Manage architectural governance
Lead and optimize governance mechanisms (architecture reviews, decision registers/ADR, exception management) to ensure informed, documented technological choices aligned with our development.
Promote corporate standards
Define, adapt and support teams in the adoption of architectural standards and patterns, ensuring that they integrate naturally and bring real value to our context.
Embody technical leadership
Act as a reference expert, mentor and influential leader for all technical teams, proactively guiding them through their complex challenges.
Ensure strategic alignment
Popularize architectural concepts to create strong synergy between R&D, platform teams, DevOps and management. You will bridge the gap between technological vision and business objectives.
Federate the architecture community
Develop and lead an internal community of practice to promote technical excellence, share knowledge and support the evolution of our working methods.
Establish non-functional safeguards (NFR)
Define and integrate the standards of excellence essential to our solutions, with an uncompromising focus on security, reliability, performance and cloud cost optimization (FinOps).
Guarantee usability in production
Design resilient distributed architectures by ensuring that they integrate observability by design. Your goal is to ensure our systems remain highly measurable, maintainable and easy to operate at scale.
