You have the opportunity to join the Bosch group within a high-performance and dynamic entity: Bosch Engineering.

Integrated into Bosch France, Bosch Engineering in France (BEG) develops tailor-made solutions, at the request of its customers, based on large-scale systems developed by Bosch group entities. We offer high value-added products and services in the automotive, railway, off-highway, aeronautics, robotics and motor racing fields. We support our customers in the areas of powertrains, driving assistance, electronic and electrical architectures, complex mechanical and electronic systems. Regardless of production volumes, we produce prototypes, demonstrators and projects with high production volumes. As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for new talents.

You will be a project manager in the automobile industry, working on system engineering, driving assistance and thermal and electric motors. You will be in charge of:

The preliminary draft

Participation in the acquisition strategy in collaboration with the sales team.

Monitoring of expectations at each acquisition milestone.

Preparation of offer with sales and engineering departments.

Project management

Supporting project managers in their missions internally and with clients.

Project documentation: quality monitoring, budget, planning and processes.

Research, testing and implementation of new tools, methods, processes to support project management activities, particularly based on AI tools to improve productivity.

The activities can be enriched according to current events and with the increase in skills and the wishes of the apprentice.

The apprentice's activities may be divided between the MSD team (motor sport) and the PJM1 team (general automobile).

Requirements

  • Preparing for a Bac + 4/5 level diploma you follow engineering school type training / Master in project management
  • Knowledge of fundamental principles of project management.
  • Comfortable in a team and an international environment.
  • Power of proposal.
  • Independent work, proactivity and organization.
  • Analysis and synthesis skills.
  • Appetite for technical subjects.
  • Good command of the Office Pack (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel/VBA, Word, MS Project).
  • Confirmed AI user (agent creation for specific tasks).
  • Fluent French and English (read, written and spoken), German optional.
  • Potential travel to mainland France and Germany.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
