Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact

  • Identify, recommend, and implement application technologies and IT solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Support application design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with architects, application managers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
  • Manage and support the full application lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production deployment.
  • Provide application support and resolve issues to ensure reliable service delivery.
  • Deliver user training and enable adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Maintain and manage application records and data within ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Ensure compliance with application governance standards and cybersecurity requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application management and service delivery within a multinational environment.
  • Experience working with global, virtual teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, VB.Net, or MSSQL.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and development platforms such as Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives.
