We are looking for a full-time Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in North America. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will play a key role in managing and transforming the company's cash flow forecasting and presentation process.
Whether you come from an accounting or FP&A background, this role is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience in Finance and develop your expertise in these two areas. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable with systems, and demonstrates good professional judgment in analyzing financial results and forecasts. Acting as the primary point of liaison between accounting, FP&A, treasury and management, you will be responsible for advancing cash flow planning and analysis, while helping to build scalable financial tools and processes.
This is a strategic position that will play an important role in improving the company's visibility into its cash flow performance and supporting financial decision-making across the organization. It is also an excellent opportunity to develop versatile Finance expertise, with exposure to financial planning, accounting, treasury, financial systems and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities
- Prepare company cash flow forecasts on a quarterly basis
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and professional judgment to assess the consistency of forecasts and cash flow results, analyze deviations and identify their main drivers
- Work closely with the FP&A team to develop and maintain the cash flow budget and ensure its alignment with financial planning assumptions
- Reconcile cash flow forecasts with actual results and provide management with clear variance analysis and relevant feedback
- Prepare cash flow analyzes and reports for management and the board of directors, as required
- Act as the main point of liaison between Accounting, FP&A, Treasury and other stakeholders of the Finance team for all matters relating to forecasting and cash flow analysis
- Work closely with the treasury team to monitor cash movements and improve visibility on the company's cash position
- Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of the cash flow forecasting framework and related models
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, system improvement and implementation of scalable processes
- Contribute to the implementation and development of financial models in Pigment, while developing a solid understanding of how key business drivers are structured and analyzed as part of the transformation of the company's financial planning systems
- Create new analytics and tools to better understand the key factors that influence cash flow and improve visibility into actual financial performance
- Support the Finance team in various other projects:
- Tasks related to monthly and quarterly closings
- Process improvement initiatives and one-off projects, as needed
Requirements
What you can bring to the team
- 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis or FP&A
- CPA title or in the process of obtaining your CPA title
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of financial statements and the factors that influence cash flow, including working capital and balance sheet movements
- Experience with financial planning systems (e.g. Pigment, Adaptive) and accounting systems (e.g. Pigment, Adaptive)

- Excellent command of Excel
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Spirit of collaboration and teamwork
- Being an international company with employees and clients outside Quebec, proficiency in English as a working language is required for this position.
