Role Summary

As part of Information Systems transformation programs at a major player in the nuclear sector, you work on high-stakes IS delivery systems, in support of the AMOE and MOE teams.

You are positioned as a key player in the operational implementation of projects, with strong interaction between the business, technical, cybersecurity and operations teams.

The position is part of a demanding environment

• critical / industrial IS
• high safety, security and continuity of service constraints
• multi-actor projects with strong cross-functional coordination

Technical Environment

• Critical information systems (nuclear / industry)
• Complex IS architectures (multi-application, interconnected)
• Agile / SAFe and/or V-cycle / hybrid environments
• Project and backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Operationally manage IS delivery activities (scheduling, costs, risks)
• Coordinate project teams (MOE, business lines, data, infra, cyber)
• Contribute to the structuring and monitoring of functional needs
• Support application developments and/or integrations
• Manage the revenue phases and ensure the quality of deliverables
• Prepare and support production launches
• Ensure interface with operations and support teams
• Monitor project performance indicators (KPI, quality, deadlines)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery systems

Requirements

With Bac+5 training in a scientific or technical universe, you have a minimum experience of between 3 and 7 years on IS projects, in an AMOE/MOE or IT delivery context, ideally in an industrial environment or with strong constraints (energy, nuclear, transport, etc.)

Your field of expertise

• Experience in IS / AMOE / MOE delivery on complex projects
• Ability to coordinate multi-actor projects
• Good understanding of IS architectures (application, data or infrastructure)
• Experience in testing, acceptance and production phases
• Operational management and cross-functional coordination
• Interface between professions, IT and operations
• Structuring and monitoring delivery activities
• Production of project deliverables (planning, CR, KPI, risk monitoring)
• Support for project life cycles (from framing to RUN)
