AI Project Manager Internship - 6 months at Veolia Environnement SA in Vaulx-en-Velin, Rhône Alpes, France.

Responsibilities

Using the tools authorized within Veolia (such as ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM or Gemini), your internship will be structured around two major axes:

1. Deployment of AI agents and optimization of operational processes:

• Structuring and running a knowledge base: allowing customer advisors and consumer managers to directly find answers to their questions in order to limit requests from the Regional Service.
• Optimization of monitoring tools: improve operational dashboards through advanced formulas and the integration of artificial intelligence solutions.
• Automation and data processing: design and implement scripts or methods to simplify the entry and management of mass data.

1. Acculturation and AI experimentation:

• Exploration of use cases: test, evaluate and deploy new concrete applications of AI for professions in the sector.
• Support for change: support and lead the process of acculturation to new technologies among teams.

Requirements

Education: Final year student of engineering, computer science or master's degree specialized in Digital Innovation.

Technical skills

• Mastery of the Google Workspace ecosystem.
• Knowledge and use of Generative AI and mastery of Prompt Engineering.

Curiosity for tools such as NotebookLM and LLMs…

• Qualities: Rigor, analytical capacity, spirit of synthesis and relational ease to exchange with different professions.
• Hold a B license: some travel is expected

By joining the Regional Customer Department, you will be part of a team of 5 employees supporting and supporting 50 customer advisors from the Auvergne Rhône Alpes, Burgundy and Jura region.
