Role Summary

In a demanding industrial environment, you ensure the management and success of complex projects in aeronautical production. As a Project Manager, you guarantee delivery (cost, quality, deadlines) while ensuring customer and consultant satisfaction.

Your role is strategic: you work on critical projects linked to the design, industrialization and optimization of aeronautical systems for major accounts in the sector.🚀

đź›  Your key missions

🔹 Project management and technical coordination

Manage projects related to aeronautical production, from needs analysis to implementation.

Supervise several Technical Leaders and ensure the functional management of teams of engineers and consultants.

Implement and monitor performance KPIs (quality, deadlines, costs, technical efficiency).

Ensure the management of steering committees with clients and internal technical departments.

🔹 Team management and leadership

Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, industrialization, production, quality, supply chain).

Promote the development of team skills and the transmission of technical knowledge.

Support consultants on their missions and monitor their development.

🔹 Technical expertise and continuous improvement

Analyze project needs and ensure the technical feasibility of the proposed solutions.

Anticipate industrial and operational risks, implement preventive action plans.

Guarantee compliance with aeronautical standards and regulations (Part 21G, Part 145, EN9100, DO-178, DO-254 depending on the projects).

Contribute to the improvement of industrialization processes and production methods.

Requirements

  • âś… Training: Engineering diploma (generalist, industrial/mechanical engineering, production, supply chain or industrial quality) or technical BAC+5 in the same specializations.
  • âś… Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum in technical project management in the aeronautics, space, naval or automobile industry (design, industrialization, production).

âś… Key skills

  • Solid experience in technical project management and team management.
  • Good command of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Primavera, etc.) and project management and lean management methodologies (6sigma, 5S, KAIZEN, GANTT, etc.).
  • Knowledge of industrial and regulatory constraints in the aeronautics sector.
  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel with strong operational challenges.
  • Sense of communication, leadership and results orientation.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level required).
