Role Summary
1.Primary Job Function
Responsible for achieving the performance of assigned customers, including but not limited to winning new "ZBA" business opportunities, contract renewals, and continuing to increase Abbott's share of hospitals.
- Achieve sales quotas for assigned customers;
- Create value together with customers and maintain existing business;
- seize value creation opportunities and new business opportunities;
Responsible for collecting, sharing and reporting market intelligence for clients.

Regularly inventory customer inventory, make reasonable performance estimates, and track order completion.
Key account management
Clarify key customers and key customer sales targets in the region, including existing customers and target customers. Collect and timely update data on existing customers and target customers to maintain completeness and accuracy, including but not limited to customer key decision-maker information, product usage trends and potential needs, potential needs and changes in academic and hospital management, etc.
Existing key customer management includes but is not limited to satisfaction management, risk management and opportunity management:
By regularly reviewing with customers the usage of instruments, reagents and other products, as well as customer marketing activities, etc., we will address the key needs of customers, strengthen stickiness with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction with Abbott products and services;
Establish in-depth and extensive cooperation with existing customers from laboratories to clinical departments to management, explore customers' changing needs and identify opportunities and further action plans;
Pay attention to clues of customer dissatisfaction, identify risks of business loss and formulate contingency plans.
Master the status of instruments, reagents, and billing departments in the testing departments of key target customers, and collect information on competing products and channel distributors; explore customer needs, understand customer pain points, and formulate mid- to long-term customer development plans.
Follow the requirements of the sales process, formulate and implement effective customer visit plans.
Hospital customer business planning
Based on the analysis of the market in the region and its own situation, formulate a reasonable business plan for the unit hospital and region that is in line with regional development and performance, and implement it.
VBP reporting volume is reasonably estimated and managed.

Collect changes in industry policies in your region, pay attention to market dynamics, and competitor dynamics.
- Cross-departmental collaboration
- As the first person responsible for solving problems, integrate the company's internal resources:
- Coordinate customer complaints, after-sales service, installation and other processes;
- Cooperate with the implementation of market projects, build academic circles, maintain clinicians, and hold internal meetings;
Coordinate product inventory expiration dates, PCR application and other processes to improve customer satisfaction.
- 3.Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above in clinical/medical related majors
- 3-5 years of healthcare/diagnostic industry experience (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal relationship-building skills
- Keen insight into key stakeholder and customer dynamics
- Rich experience in strategic account/key account management
- Experience working with senior management
- Excellent communication skills
- good learning ability
- Open to new ideas/sales models
- Master computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
