Your mission: Design and structure the processes of tomorrow

As a Zoho Functional Consultant, you are the architect of our clients' systems. Your role goes well beyond simple technique: you analyze complex business needs, map operational flows and design end-to-end fluid, interconnected and scalable solutions. You manage Zoho suite implementation projects and support change to maximize team efficiency.

Requirements

Your daily responsibilities

• Build advanced automations, workflow rules and rigid process tunnels (Blueprints) to optimize overall productivity.
• Lead scoping workshops with stakeholders to understand their operational realities (sales, HR, finances) and translate their needs into functional specifications.
• Act in an advisory capacity and actively challenge customer requests in order to avoid unnecessary complexity, prioritize high-impact features and guarantee an excellent return on investment (ROI).
• Design robust solution architectures (interconnections between Zoho CRM, Recruit, People, Books, etc.) and collaborate closely with our technical profiles (developers) to design the necessary tailor-made bricks.
• Manage the delivery of projects with agility and rigor, by effectively managing your billable time, respecting the allocated hour budgets and ensuring transparent monitoring of deliverables.
• Write functional documentation and lead adapted training sessions to guarantee smooth, lasting handling and strong adoption of new tools.

The profile we are looking for

We believe that skills are learned, but attitude is innate. We are looking for a person who recognizes themselves in these points:

• You are fluent in French, both spoken and written. You are able to understand complex business needs, lead discussions with clients and write clear and professional documentation.
• You have demonstrated practical experience in the configuration, advanced settings and deployment of the Zoho One suite.
• You have a true consultant posture: you are process oriented, you know how to ask the right questions to understand the "why" behind a request and you are not afraid to make bold recommendations.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of active listening and the ability to popularize technical concepts for non-technical users.
• You demonstrate autonomy and rigor to carry out several projects simultaneously and document interventions meticulously.
• You have a good understanding of the functional limits of the platform (basic knowledge of the Deluge language is an asset for collaborating with our development teams).
