Responsibilities

• HubSpot & Marketing Automation: Conception, development and ongoing support of our HubSpot environment and automation processes.
• KPI capture & reporting: Concrete structure, tracking and analysis of relevant marketing and sales KPIs (e.g. conversion rates, website performance and lead generation) for data-based optimization.
• Content & Website: Maintenance of our company homepage, creation of landing pages and SEO-optimized content.
• Marketing materials: Conception and creation of targeted documents (e.g. presentations or case studies).
• Interface to sales: Close collaboration to optimally adapt marketing processes to customer needs and sales success.

Requirements

• Study of (business) informatics, economics, media or communication sciences
• First practical experience in the area of marketing automation / HubSpot as well as an affinity for data and key figures
• Stylish expression as well as very good spelling and grammar
• Self-confident appearance, goal-oriented and independent work
• Fluent German and very good English skills
