Your mission with us

Market, competition and potential analyses: You carry out market, competition and potential analyzes as well as literature and desk research, identify new growth areas and derive strategic recommendations for action from them.

Business model development: You will be involved in the development and validation of new business models and accompany their further development through to implementation.

Partnerships & collaborations: You build strategic partnerships and further develop collaborations with external stakeholders in a structured manner.

Concepts & Business Cases: You prepare concepts, business cases and decision documents in an appropriate and convincing manner for internal and external stakeholders.

Project management & process development: You analyze processes, structure requirements and manage projects independently in order to continuously develop digital care offerings.

What you should bring with you

Entrepreneurial spirit & self-motivation: You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, work proactively, take responsibility, think creatively and are willing to go the extra mile for good results.

Analytical and problem-solving-oriented thinking: You can understand complex issues in a structured manner, prepare key figures and business cases and derive well-founded recommendations for action from them.

Independent & structured way of working: You work independently, carefully and organized, maintain an overview even in the face of uncertainty, changing priorities or several parallel topics and approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner.

Communication & information processing: You can quickly capture new information, classify it critically and prepare it in a way that is appropriate for the recipient. You also communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team and deal with feedback openly and constructively.

PowerPoint & Excel: You are confident in using PowerPoint and have basic Excel skills for analyzing and preparing data.

Interest in the healthcare sector: You are enthusiastic about the healthcare market, digital innovations and HealthTech and want to actively shape the healthcare of tomorrow.

Practical experience: Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in business development, venture development, health tech or a comparable dynamic environment.

Languages: You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
