At SGS Ecuador, the Transportation sector plays a fundamental role in road safety, service quality and regulatory compliance in the country. Through our Vehicle Technical Inspection centers and Registration processes, we actively contribute to ensuring that the vehicles that circulate on the roads comply with the technical, environmental and legal standards required by current regulations.

The position of Window Analyst is a key pillar within our operations, since it represents the first point of contact between SGS Ecuador and the users of vehicle inspection and registration services. Their job is to guarantee a positive service experience, providing clear information, timely attention and effective solutions, always under an approach of respect, transparency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Main responsibility

• He is in charge of managing and resolving customer requests regarding vehicle registration, and other procedures for which the company is authorized to carry out, related to the information and documentation of vehicle ownership records.
• It is responsible for receiving users and serving them diligently and courteously in all their needs for our services.

Education

• Students or graduates in administrative or related careers.
