Responsibilities

In your daily job you will

• Follow global customer complaint response procedure.
• Follow and update China/AP warranty working instruction.
• Setup warranty team for field collection, analysis and improvement.
• Lead team to develop countermeasures to prevent faults.
• Periodic review & follow up to track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Share & standardize lessons learned in region.
• Lead team to identify, track and assess potential safety and compliance warranty issue
• Develop warranty strategy to reduce the field cost.
• Monthly update and monitor warranty payment report in China/AP.

Requirements

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your

• Automobile or related industry Quality or Engineering background
• Be familiar with OEM structure and work procedure
• Be familiar with products characteristic
• Can do initial analysis and measurement for products
• Problem-solving skill
• Can do job flexible on time and location
• Good communication skill
• Good command of oral and written English
